Nordic Walking

La Seu d'Urgell is the best place in the country for learning the methods and techniques of the INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation). An activity suitable for all, it is based on three basic principles: the correct walking technique, correct posture and the correct use of the sticks, specifically designed for the activity.

The Nordic Walking Sports Association - Nòrdic Esport offers a range of expeditions: daily group walks of an hour and a half at designated times, places and levels, and half-day or weekend expeditions to discover different parts of the Pyrenees.
