The Urgellet is a natural sub-region and a historical territory comprising an important part of the region of L'Alt Urgell, where a few hiking enthusiasts have begun to discover unique spots. These are present in any of the surrounding protected areas, like its two natural parks, Alt Pirineu and Cadí-Moixeró and also the territory that delimits the city of La Seu d'Urgell.
But this territory is not only nature. La Seu d'Urgell and small towns of Urgellet offer diverse and varied entertainment options: music festivals, literary presentations, exhibitions, gastronomy, Romanesque art, dolmens, etc. It is also an excellent destination for the practice of different sports such as cycling, canoeing, rafting, skiing, Nordic walking, fishing, paragliding and more.
All this has made the Urgellet an ideal place to enjoy fantastic stays in the Pyrenees.
